Good morning/afternoon/night, how are you? I hope well. . . I only have one question about motivation in exercise, right now I weigh 60 kg and I am in the process of losing weight with the 2024 weight loss program, the problem is that I get very desperate, and If I don't see results I simply stop doing it. I tried doing exercises in previous years but they just didn't know the results. Could anyone give me advice on losing weight faster or some motivation? My goal for my birthday (January 12, 2025) is to weigh 50 or 51 kg to be able to fit into my quince dress
