Chloe's Programs
I’m 5’1 and weigh 95-98 lbs (it fluctuates). I’m not trying to lose weight, but I’m trying to be healthy and get toned. I’m doing the 2024 weight loss challenge, but I’m doing it for health and toning, not weight. I’m also eating 3 meals a day, and trying to break my habit of skipping. Would it be safe for me to continue, or should I do something different? If so, what challenge would you guys recommend?
