Fitness Discussion

Okay so am going thru  something lately I’ve been having no energy at all so I went to my doctor and talked to her and she did blood test and come to find out I am really low on vitamin D so I was put on vitamin d3 50,000 but I still feel like I have no energy at all so I want some help would really appreciate it bc I want to get back to working out so bad but I also just got back to working but I’m not going to make that an excuse PLZ HELP!!! If anybody have any suggestions would be great !!!
