In nedd for some motivation
Hi everyone,
I could really do with a few words of motivation right now. I realize that it takes time to see progress and that my real goal is to get fitter. Nevertheless, I'm someone who is very strongly motivated by external changes - and that's where I often lose motivation if things don't change visually quickly enough.
What's more, in the last few weeks when I've been exercising regularly, the scales have actually shown 3-4 kilos more. This is totally frustrating me at the moment.
I currently do 5 workouts a week (30-40 minutes) and allow myself 2 days off. How long did it take you to notice the first differences? (edited by moderator)
