Hello, i am in the middle of the booty program and this is the 3(? ) time i strained my thighs, its really unmotivating but is there another slow and calm warm up i can do to prevent such injuries again? (Not really a big fan of the jumping and dancing type of warm ups) I was doing lateral lunges and used a heavier weight than before because it was my third week and then suddenly it strained on my upper left side of my left thigh and slightly on my hamstrings. I dont notice the strain on my thighs when im walking but do notice it when im going up the stairs and etc but the hamstring strain can be felt slightly when walking (edited by moderator)
