Has anyone had any experience doing the workouts and Intermittent fasting? I started a week ago and haven't weighed my self since. Kinda nervous it might not work and I will be discouraged from continuing with this. I do a 16/8 schedule with Saturday being my off day. I eat relatively healthy throughout the day and try to max my protein but do not count my calories. I have been sticking to the 20min workout challenge too and I am now on day 10. Thanks in advance for the advice!
