Hii, I'm reaching out for insight and advice. As someone with PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Disorder), I've struggled with irregular periods for almost a decade. My gynecologist recommended exercise and weight loss to regulate my cycle, which worked briefly before becoming increasingly sporadic.
Here's my concern: Could working out be contributing to my irregular periods? I'm careful not to overexert myself, listening to my body's limits.
Has anyone else experienced irregular periods despite regular exercise? How did you manage to stabilize your cycle? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
