I’m restarting my fitness journey after taking a long break. I used to follow Chloe Ting workouts, but I stopped and also went through a phase of restricting a lot, which wasn’t healthy for me. Since then, I’ve gained weight, and now I’m trying to get back into fitness in a more balanced and sustainable way.
I’m planning to do the Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred (2019 version), but not following the exact daily schedule and doing the low impact versions. Instead, I’ll be doing it 3 times a week (Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday) because of school and my routine.
Do you think I can still see good progress doing it this way, or does it need to be followed exactly to work? I’m mainly trying to lose weight healthily and build consistency this time rather than rushing results 🩵
