Recently, i’ve been trying to replace my sweet cravings with fruits such as strawberries, watermelon, and mostly green grapes. i’ve found myself feeling more satisfied but i notice that fruits still contain a lot of sugars and can be unhealthy depending on the amount you eat. usually if i’m “hungry” (if that makes sense) i eat a whole bunch of grapes, because it is a healthier alternative, but is it still unhealthy on some level? (tween girl by the way)
