Is it better to workout in the mornings or evenings?

I have always wondered which is the better time to workout. And believe me I've tried different times of the day to see which is convenient for me. Even at 11p.M.

Workouts in the evening.
I used to workout late in the night. My exercise time would be 9.30p.M on the weekends and 6.30p.M on the weekdays. Sometimes I'll postpone it later if I'm doing something at that time.
Which is when I realized that I had to change my habits.
I always thought that exercising late at night would help burn more fat as u sleep, which it did, but also had some disadvantages.
I would be way too energetic and energized that I wouldn't be able to fall asleep until after some time.
Which ruined my sleep my routine, making me wake up late and tired, looking awful and that's how'd it repeat.

Workouts in the morning.
Then I changed to working out in the mornings and well, it was great after some time.
It was difficult, that the first thing I'll do in the morning is workout before everything else. It did kinda help with my metabolism as well.
Some days I'm pumped up to start working out once I wake up but then other days I'm way too tired to even get up from bed.
I exercise on an empty stomach in the mornings and since I don't even wake up early(around 9) I usually eat breakfast 11 or 12.

Workouts in the afternoon.
But then I tried working out in the afternoons and well it was better than expected.
Although I didn't really fancy it. I'd rather do Netflix and chill in the afternoons or read my favorite book
After all these trials and errors, I concluded the one I could do almost everyday which was in the evenings from 6.00 to 7.00p.M
Not 11p.M tho😅
It was the most convenient for me since school is about to start and I feel more motivated in the evenings.
