I was diagnosed with thyroid in 2020 and I gained 8kgs back then which I was able to loose in 6 months of workout and healthy eating habits. I started my workout journey since then and after getting normal reports, I kind of did lesser workouts just to stay maintained but then I started gaining weight again in 2023 and now I’ve gained 4kgs again. My thyroid is also a bit out of range. It’s been so difficult to loose weight this time even with proper food and workouts. I am struggling with this. Any tips I can consider to make it better for me?
There is one more thing that I’ve noticed that is it because my body is used to workouts and healthy diet so it requires more intensity of workouts and more time to be invested to loose weight. Since it has adapted to the habit of the usual workout that I do?
