Fitness Discussion

I’ve always been “bigger” I have kind of broad shoulders and a wide ribcage. Well so I thought before I saw the before and after results here and on TikTok and the befores look like my body but after it looks like their ribcage shrinks or is it just the fat around the ribcage creating an illusion to be bigger?

Is it fat or just my bone structure?
