Beginner
Greetings. I got fit 5 years ago following Chloe's videos, and later ended up losing my shape because of personal stuff. I really want to be fit again, so I decided to follow a whole, neatly ordered program.
The thing is, I remember back in the day I learnt pretty quickly to tell the core apart from other parts, and to engage it properly, but I have the feeling it's taking a bit more for me to engage it properly now. I sometimes feel like I've managed it, but also mostly realise I might be inadvertently engaging my back a bit, or my legs. Depends on the exercise, too. Any clues or tips for this? Thanks so very much for your time.
