I was in the middle of my workout and started to feel extremely tired. My legs and whole body was shaking, my heart was beating fast and my vision started to get blurry. I lied down thinking I was going to faint and then started to feel super nauseous even after 30 mins of rest. I admit I was not in my best shape today as I woke up feeling really tired and was thinking of skipping today's workout but decided to push myself. I did my warm up and drank water. Should I be concerned?
