I do theatre, and for those of you who understand the stresses of tech week and show days, you know that it’s hard to maintain a good workout schedule (today’s rehearsal is 12-8 PM and i usually wake up at 9 AM) and i usually don’t find a good window of time to do my workouts, is this okay to do?
