I’m doing 2019 Flat Belly, and I’m pretty happy with it.     But I don’t have so much time daily and I would like to join a team - this one isn’t so popular, so no teams are available.   Is it okay to change the programm or should I stick with this one?     And which one would you recommend to choose (something similar to 2019 Flat Belly)?
