I usually do workouts in a room without air conditioner. I am residing in the Philippines, my room temperature ranges from 29-33 degrees celsius and every summer it reaches til 38. Most of the time i feel dizzy when doing workout in that room, I’m not quite sure because I’m not consulting it with a doctor. I easily get dizzy or have a headache when walking with high temperature. I tried doing workout in an airconditioned room, although I sweat less I feel much comfortable. Would low temperature affect burning calories or any cons in doing workout with this?
