So im 16 years old, and started working out a couple of days ago, which i don't normally do, im 169cm(5,7 ft i think) and i currently weight 48kg, so my bmi is on 16,81 which is on the verge of being underweight. i have no intention of getting skinnier whatsoever, but i would really like to get abs here before summer. but is that healthy for me with my bmi and weight? or should i wait? and if not is it even possible to build abs in just under 3 months?
