Ive been doing chloe tings workouts religiously since a Bit more than a month already. Ive also started with intermittent fasting (18/6) and i eat healthy. My Mom notices that i lost Some Weight in my stomach and waist, and Some in my legs. But when i started, i measured myself and my waist was 82cm. And its still the Same after a month, even tho i apparently Lost weight and Look thinner? That kinda Just Took away all my Motivation away rn :'(
