Is omad good option with lots of protein intake and vegetables while i am doing 28 days flat tummy challenge? If anyone did the challenge along with healthy , nutritional food habits and got amazing results, will you please share what you ate during the challenge? 🙏 Thank you

Unfortunately, OMAD fits in the category of ‘restrictive diets’ which we don’t want to promote here. It’s best to eat 3 healthy meals a day, for better results and for your health. If you’re unsure about your diet, it’s best to seek professional help from a dietician
