I have a workout question.
I want to be able to have energy when I work out because so I can go on for longer burn more calories. I find myself getting halfway through the exercise being tired 😪. I feel like I’m not getting the full benefit of the exercises and I am struggling get through sets efficiently. 😩
I was looking at pre-workout, but the only problem I have with them is that most contain caffeine and I workout at night after work around 6/7pm. So I don’t want the caffeine to affect my sleep schedule.
Has tried anyone caffeine free pre-workouts and were you able to sleep?
