Hello everyone, I have been doing the two week shred in hopes of losing some stomach weight and getting more toned abs. I have been counting calories and doing the videos daily and I was wondering if it’s necessary to do running on the side. Last week I ran 1-3 miles with every excersize but the time it took (and stamina) to do everything effectively took a big chunk of my day. I guess what I’m trying to ask is if you guys saw big results without doing additional cardio on the side?
