I was thinking of doing the 8 week shred but I'm kind of nervous about it because I saw the schedule and some of the days are really long and they seem like very intense workouts. I don't have a lot of motivation as it is and I don't want to skip any of the videos. I'm also doing a lot of skiing right now as it is skiing season but I don't want to wear out my body so that I won't be able to ski or I'll hurt myself somehow. And one more thing to note, I have never done a shred challenge before. Will that make it harder for me to be able to complete this one?
