When I do work outs like abs, lower body or arms, I don’t feel like really tired. I definitely do get sweaty and my heart rate is really fast and I can feel it in my muscles, but compared to HIIT it’s quite different. With HIIT I get really sweaty and dizzy. I’m just wondering if this is normal or I should push myself more? (edited by moderator)
