Chloe's Programs
So i just started the 2019 shred, first day was all good until after a couple hours (5-7? ) and my core started to HURT like i couldnt tense or flex it without hurting myself. so im just wondering if anyone else experienced this? i did do warmup stretched before and after. i took breaks in between the exercise so im not sure what i did wrong?
