I see lots of people talking about wrist/ back pains from the workouts. When i first started i had the same issue you will gain strength and your body will eventually get used to it. You can do wrist rotations before to help. But as long as you're consistent you will gain strength and be able to do them easily over time. Some exercises that i hated are some of my favorite now. I believe in you and anything is possible through determination to reach your goals.
