Hi, so i've decided to pick up chloe's workouts again (i used to just do my own routines) and i've noticed that there are rest days in the schedule. i usually don't do rest days at all and work out every single day. it feels kind of awkward for me not working out for a day so i was wondering what i should do, or if it's better that i just take the day to rest. i'm not sore or anything, and i am in the mood to work out today, but is resting still necessary?
