Being patient at times with your weight loss journey is really hard!
I just started a month ago, n I'm all in for making exercise a part of my daily routine
But sometimes
It's just doesn't feel right in this body
Specially when someone points out that you have gained a lot of weight
I have been studying for 2 years in the exact same spot which varies from 8-10 hrs daily to 12-13hours before my exams
I didn't even realise when did I put so much of weight until I gave my exam and later looked at myself in the mirror
Now the next step in life is that I'll have to continue this schedule till May of next year and although I have decided that I vow to complete all of CT's challenges but it's just difficult to cope up with impatience!
Has anybody been through this?
How do you guys deal with this?
