I’m not able to do everything in one session right now. Is it okay if I split my workouts like this?
• One session: warm-up → HIIT → cool-down and stretching
• Another session: warm-up → core and abs exercises → cool-down and stretching
I’m currently overweight, and it’s difficult for me to handle a full workout in one sitting. I just want to make sure this approach is okay and safe.
