Fitness Discussion

My height is about 149(not that tall) and lately my weight reached 52. 5kg. 
Lately i been in to a trip for a month were even though I been walking at list 25k steps a day I gained 4kg 🥲, I guess the food was too good!  
In the past 4 years I passed from 45 kg to 52. 5!  
Now it’s time to get in shape and feel better, can’t wait to make stairs and still be able to breath and the end 😁
