Workout
Hello everyone!! Just like you read in the title I'm looking for some workouts (or even programs that you think suit the request) that are nice and tender to the knees. I've been wanting to get my mom to workout with me hehe but her knees are not the best (they ache and get tired easily, also my mom is kinda overweight so its hard for them to handle exercises like jumps and that due to that) and that's always the reason why won't she join me even if she actually want to do some exercise :P so any suggestions or even tips would be super appreciated and helpful, thank you so much in advance!!
BTW I do know that for her knees to get better she needs to work them but that won't do for her at least at this moment lol
