Knee Pain

Hi, everyone. I’m in my early 20’s and I’ve been doing Chloe’s workouts on and off for 3-4 years now. Completing 2 programs just this year. However, I started feeling knee pain while completing the 2025 weight loss program so I took about 10-12 days break and it got better. I then completed the program and have started Pilates program.

The stretches done on one knees (like deep lunge stretch) seem to make it worse but squats are fine. Has anyone else experienced the same?
Should I shift to lower impact workouts or what? I don’t want to go back on my progress.
