Hi
I noticed that whenever I try to do the reverse plank in Chloe's videos my knees feel all the pressure and i cant hold it there. Ive tried hardening my "abs"(/stomach) and/or squeezing my butt to see if that helps hold the pressure but i still feel everything fall onto my knees. am i doing something wrong? am i the only one? is it normal? how can i fix it?
