Fitness Discussion

Hi guys, i have a problems with my knees and i do need to see a doctor soon but i have really hard time doing any leg or booty work outs in the last time because of this, rn im doing get abs 2022 program but there is a lot of workouts in the program i have a hard time with because of the pain.

So i wanted so ask if anyone else have this problem? Do you know some programs that are easyer for the knees?
