As the title says. When I do cooldowns and exercises requiring one foot to balance, I always struggle a lot more with my right leg, often falling over during cooldowns/stretching and having a tough time balancing my right foot while exercising. Meanwhile, my left leg is a lot more flexible. I don't fall over when I have to rely on it, feel less pain, can stretch it farther, and have a much better balance with it.
What can I do to make my right leg the same flexibility as my left? Should I continue only with Chloe's exercises, or should I add to it somehow?
