I've been training with Chloe's app for almost a year or a little more, I feel really good and I can say that I see progress. I had to stop for a couple of months because of the new job, so I started training again with the "2026 get toned" program (anyway I walked the way from home to work and vice versa, so I wasn't completely stopped) and fortunately I don't have any resistance or strength problems, on the contrary I have to thank my body to be able to train even after months of stoppage.
My goal is to try to "dry myself"
, I don't want to tone/enlarge my body too much. I was thinking, once I finished this program, to start the "2025 pilates core". does it make sense? What do you think? This is my body now, actually I'm enlarged on the hips and waist so I hope to hit the goal. Thanks a lot🌷🌷🌷🌷
