I was looking at similar topics but the closest thing to my question isn't helpful at all. (It is two years ago and called "Long Term Workout Plan Ideas?".
As you know the Chloe Ting Challenges are CHALLENGES and are meant to be a challenge and not really day-to-day-suited. At least for me. When I do the challenges I have to be really careful or I will just lose my period which isn't healthy. So I was wondering if one can build like a weekly scedule with some of Chloes Videos for a consitent workout plan.
My goals are just to stay fit and keep moving so no extreme changes but just staying consistent.
Any ideas for what I could do?
(I really liked the 20 Minute Challenge and I really hate Hiit workouts!)
