Lean Arms v. 2 Week Shreds?

Looking for focused abs and arms for holiday
I’m looking for a Chloe Ting workout that focuses more on arms and abs, as these are my most stubborn/flabby areas and the reason I can’t fit into some of my old clothes. I’m nearly finished the 2025 Weight Loss Challenge and have seen good results, but I want to target these areas more aggressively before my holiday at the end of May. I’ll have about two weeks after finishing this challenge to focus on a new program. I’d still like some full-body movement for overall tone, but arms and abs are my priority.

I know there’s the 2019 Lean Arm Challenge from Chloe Ting, but I haven’t done it or heard much about its effectiveness. I’m wondering, if I compare it to her 2-Week Shred video, would the Lean Arm Challenge be less results-focused in terms of targeting arms and abs? Would the 2-Week Shred be more intense or results-driven for focusing on these areas? Any advice or recommendations (edited by moderator)
