So I recently started using Chloe's app n tryn to loose some considerable amount of weight. Can toning/strength training minimize the chances of getting loose skin during the weight loss journey. And if it does then how many times in a week should I do the strength training as I don't wanna bulk up. I've been insecure my whole life coz of my weight and I'm worried of getting a lots of loose skin after losing weight. Can someone help me???
