Anyone know how I can continue to do workouts and lose my belly without losing what little I have on my chest? I just noticed yesterday that my stomach is still a whopping 35 inches on my belly button, but my bras are getting loose and although I haven't measured my chest recently I can see it is almost gone. I nursed 8 babies, so I understand they won't look as youthful, but I don’t really want to have nothing! Right now, they are so small. I know it might sound silly, a grown woman in her 40s worrying about boobs, but I cried a bit over it last night. Did anyone else deal with this? How did you fix it? I know we can't pinpoint where we will lose fat, but really, there are other places my body could use up first!
