Can anyone tell me what workout program helps loose the most weight as  possible  in your opinion if its helped you!   because my goal is to loose as much weight as possibly up til june 30th because thats when i go on holiday and i wanna feel comfortable in my clothes and also i just want to loose weight if you can help thank you but if not thats fine x
