I have been working out since August and recently started a carnivore diet in November. Since then I have lost about 15 pounds which is awesome! I do see some changes in different areas of my body and I have even lost muffin tops. However, I feel as though my tummy hasn’t made any changes. I’m not looking for abs but I just want a flat tummy. It’s something I’ve always been insecure about. I also think I’m engaging my core as I feel a burn but maybe I’m doing something wrong? What program would work best for what I’m looking for?
