Hey everyone,
So i’ve been eating quite a lot lately and I want to still continue my fitness journey. I want to lose like 6- 7 kg in 2 months, is that possible?
And if it is, what should I do to lose that in 2 months?
Like eating, exercising?
And I want to restart running, a lot of people say that it has a lot of benefits. And should I do it in the morning before eating or after, knowing that I have low blood pressure.
