Losing weight

I'm working out for a month now, 2 weeks before joining the program and 2 weeks with the program . What is really concerning me is that my weight is the same, i didn't gain any or lose any. I'm following the program and eating less carb and more protein .What am i supposed to do to help myself lose weight?
