Losing weight for April 25th, Fellow desperate girl in need!
So I have a school formal in April and I wanted to lose about 10lbs from here till then. Idk what to do right now, but anything will work. Whether it be programs or just overall tips about how I can lose weight at a healthy, but fast, pace. If you need reference I’m 148lbs and 5’4. I want to lose some belly fat because I don’t think I’m losing any and instead I’m gaining muscle in my thighs. (edited by moderator)
