Programs
I'm doing this the second time at the moment. I have pcos and need more slow paced workouts, I also love the weighted programs (get fit was amazing for regulating my periods and I'll do that one again too) but it's nice having a bodyweight program that's more slow paced. Now I'll probably stick to the pilates challenge for a while then move on to hourglass but definitely looking forward to another yoga or pilates based program. Just wanted to let Chloe know her work is appreciated and helping people's health ❤
