Hello guys, I did an inbody scan and it said my water level is 34% and the normal is supposed to be 45% and higher
I knew I always had a problem with hydration
My question is, does this affect how my body looks like? Especially the waist?

I think more water retention will actually make your waist bigger. Being dehydrated affects how your body looks though but it's mostly visible in your skin. It could indirectly make your belly bigger if you have issues with slow digestion, gas, or bloating from dehydration. That's very common.

Being dehydrated slows down your metabolism, so yes it probably will

well you should be drinking more water, at least a gallon a day. You do gain water weight but i am not sure about it changing your waist you might get a little bloated but that’s it.
