hi everyone, im currently on a weight loss journey. i suffer from vasovagal syncope and i tend to feel nauseous, light headed and sick during the hiits, especially when im pushing myself.
i want to enjoy my workouts but i also want to see results.. are the lower impact variations good enough to see results from? i just feel quite guilty if i do the lower impact ones as it feels like im being lazy.
please let me know your experiences with the lower impact variations. obviously i will move up into higher impact once im able to get some medication to help me but for now, please let me know.
