Fitness Discussion

Hello there!  I recently joined the community and started my second challenge today.  I've already got many good results, I feel stronger and I look thinner, but at the moment I got some issues with performing high impact exercises, mainly because I have people living in the apartment below and I don't want to make too much noise.  For those who got the same problem, does it greatly affect the training's outcome?  Thanks for sharing!
