Does anyone have any exercise recommendations for lower abs? Specifically if you noticed any of the challenges spending more time on this muscle group? I am 4 years postpartum and while I have lost all but the last 10 pounds from pregnancy and gotten much more toned/stronger, I have A LOT of stretched skin in my lower belly region. I know that no workout will reduce the loose skin but since I am hoping to eventually get a tummy tuck to eliminate it, I would like to tighten and flatten the lower muscles underneath to get the best results for plastic surgery later. tia!
